Meto-Grafics understands that outstanding Customer Service makes all the difference in a successful relationship between a vendor and the customer. Just using “order takers” is the fastest way to assure that misunderstandings and problems will arise on any given order. While we may not be totally perfect, we have always believed that good customer service reduces those problems to a minimum.
At Meto-Grafics, customer service is a position to be achieved, rather than being a starting point with the company. Our customer service specialists have been with us in numerous capacities, ranging from QA to shipping to CAD to production management, for a total of 82 years. All of these people have decades of experience “on the floor” and are most aware of how critical their interactions are to the success of our customers.
